Located in the Appalachian Mountains of Southwest Virginia, the Mountain Empire E-Business Village is a network of local businesses working to develop and promote e-commerce. It is sponsored by the Pioneer Center for Business Opportunity and encompasses the counties of Lee, Scott, Wise, part of Dickenson and the City of Norton.
The ME-EBV helps new entrepreneurs and established businesses begin to utilize the advantages of the Internet to develop world-wide markets and e-commerce capabilities.
