Should I continue to pay this bill?….?
I brought a dell computer and as soon as the warranty ran it it crashed.I pay 60 a month and they take out 50 finance charge should I pay it all or ask for a settlement It should be against the law for these companies to charge such ridiculous finance charges to poor people
The law helps finance companies and credit card companies steal from their customers. This is one reason they should not allow unrelated items to be attached to bills in Congress as amendments. Somebody probably did this as a favor for someone in the credit card business, and now they can go up on the interest rate whenever they want to, on existing balances. It’s nothing but theft.
If you refuse to pay, they can ruin your credit for 7 years.
